Matters discussed:
(1) Rent of room #3: The rent of room 3
is $75.00 per quarter according to the latest constitutionRules of the
Chinese Students' Clubhouse. But
according to Treasurer's Record-book,
the rent of that room had been $70
per quarter since 1960. There is no
way to settle this except voting. So
we did. The first voting was a
five to five draw.

After discussing for af about
fifteen minutes on this matter, a
second voting was needed in order to
have this problem settled right away.
This time it was seven to on in
favor of $70 per quarter.
