In the matter of the petition of Francis Smith et.al. for a public road,
being the extention of Moorpark Avenue Westerly.

The Viewers regularly viewed said road on the 27th. day of December
1905; They have set April the 5th. 1906 to examine further into said matter,
particularly as to the amount of damages that should be awarded to the
nonconsenting landowners. The Viewers will meet at the Westerly terminus
of Moorpark Avenue at 10 o'clock A.M. April 5th. 1906 and proceed with
said work.
