My purchase does not include any marsh and I made he stipulation that
if any marshy spots could be found in the fifty acres my contract should
not be binding, and I was assured that there are no such spots.

The balance of the fifty acres is all a part of the " Buri-Buri
Rancho", of which I was given an abbreviated abstract and which
I sent you.
