Dear Mother,
Enclosed is the clipping that you asked me
to send back, plus the TIME student subscription
blank.

My B12 also [Emperium?] Codene #3 supply is running low, so if you
could please send some, I'd appreciate it. When
you get time, also throw into the package my pink
dress (like Les' blue one) and the blue linen out-
fit with the white shoes and purse. When I get a
chance, I will borrow a car and go up to Betty's
to get my petticoats, etc. Maybe I can get them
some night on a date, if we get up that far.
The only time I've been up to the city this quarter
was to an afternoon rehearsal with the symphony.

About a wedding present for Les. She wants
something very practical, and I know she has been
given quite a few things already. They are really
starting from scratch though, so I will find out
what she needs first. I'm invited over there for
dinner some night, when its convenient to all
of us.

On the floor of my room are two boxes which
I will send to you soon. The brown suit, etc.

Lyn Brin was over this morning and we made mad
plans for next year. Just 4 more months of this.
This is the hardest quarter of all. Too many
things, as usual, but all important ones.

I've got another permanent baby-sitting job.
I show up at the Episcopal Church down the st.
from St. Ann's on Sun. at 9:30 and get $5.00 for
taking care of the 0 to 3yr. olds who are too
young for Sun. school, but whose parents go to
the family service. I still get paid if none show
up and there has never in history been more than 5
