As I stated when we talked briefly on the phone, the name of this course is Blacks & the United States Constitution. For your specific session we will be discussing employment discrimination. Also, as we agreed, it will be helpful for you to read chapter 9 of our required text, but you need not be limited to that material.....it is merely a guide for you to use as you like. It is very good for the students to hear from people who can bring the day by day reality to text book theory and analysis.
