In Obediance to an Order Directed to us the Subscribers dated the 21st day of
July 1739 by the Vestry of Henrico parish to procession and renew the Bounds
of all Lands between the Mouth of Gilleys Creek and Westham on the River
and to extend back as far as Gordons and Mary Cannons, to which we make
the following return this 31st day of March 1740.
We processioned all the Lands within the above mentioned bounds but
Col. William Byrds and Gilley Marrins, they nor no persons for them did
meet at the time appointed, they persons that own'd the Lands seemed all
Well Satisfied
