I would like to take advantage of the G.I. bill of rights but I don't want to be thought of as a returning veteran. I would hate to have the faintest [distinction?] made as I want to go right on where I left off and think the War as just an interesting and at times [exciting?] interlude between my undergraduate and graduate studies.

One thing that I am looking forward to in the way of extra-curricular activities is to go on some of your Sunday hikes.
