[for?] courses offering as high a quality of education as is possible to find.

To serve my own particular purpose I would like to be permitted to enter the school of Business after my third year which I have about completed. I believe a war measure permitted some students to do this at the outbreak of the war.

Normally I would consider it a pleasure to complete the prescribed four year curriculum before undertaking graduate work, but time is marching on, and for fear of completing my education with a long grey beard, I hope to save a year by entering Business school after my third year.
