Club construction continues - I now
have a three page list of things to buy
in Okinawa if I ever get orders.

Flew Dec "C" - I went to [DEVB?] last
night - First time out I taxied to west runway
& dropped bomb on Rwy (Feeder) - struck itd
Diverted to a suspected rocket site -
Danang was in trouble as [?] exploded
on the runway scattering CBU all over - Field
closed -

Had a bad case of "nite noises" - felt
like a Pavel opera or a royal engine -
didn't help my drops any -

Tonite - another Dec "C" - tomorrow to
Danang on club business

[?] CAPT w 311 - Bob Aiken -
Joe Miller & I were [?] up for Aug 8
emergency [?] extract case - Awards
says DEC for 4 group maybe - I'll believe
it when I see it.

Mr Druary finally signed contract for
remainder of club

RIO for Detai[?] punched out
off ChuCai this afternoon - reason unknown -
Pilot returned with aircraft.

Rumored 2 A 6 shot down over Red China
That aught to liven things up -

Lots of Majors checking into squadrons
Not too many company grade officers -
