We had quite a big fire here in town last night about 3 oclock.

A block two stories high and about half a block long burned to the ground. They have no fire engine here, not even a hose so of course there was nothing to do but to let it burn.

If you see Dick Bell tell him to give me his address. He wrote to me but forgot to give me his address, so I dont know where to send the letter.

I am not getting many letters now. I go to the post office day after day only to see an empty box. Tell Gus to write if it is worth while. I am just dying to gett out somewhere where I can let myself loose and get into the mountains or somewhere huntting.

Emil.
