Ask where I can take a regular course equivalent to one semester at any college. If Throop is open in Summer I could take it there as I enquired there before I left last Christmas.

You know Stanford closes on the 20th of May and if I could come right home, and start right away I might be able to finish it before Throop closed in the last of June.

I wrote to Otto this afternoon. I got a letter from him the other day saying that he was thinking of going to Cripple Creek.

One of the boys in the house left to day and went to the dormitory. The board here has been very rank lately. The other morning they brought some old stale sausages which had a very unpleasant odor of lard. This took my "appatite" away. I think this fellow leaving will stimulate the board for a while at least.

A fellow took my picture the other day with a Kodak. I enclose a print. I was standing in the sun and so am squinting very much.
