Harrow with spring-tooth-harrow, sow lawngrass
seed brush in, sow fertilizer go
over it with smoothing harrow and roll it.
Line is good. R.B. Farquhar prefers Kentucky
blue grass; sow over it good dark soil
from around burn and mulch with
fine manure.
