Has any one tried pyrax for insects on
plants and trees? Robert-Miller is trying it
Our Walk in the garden was interrupted
by rain. Those who went out a beautiful
level garden with long rows of
growing vegetables and everything
as it should be. Our hostess has
succeeded in beautifying her shady-
corner with shrubbery. Some plants were
blooming and were much admired.

This meeting was very enjoyable
as all our meetings are. The fine day
after so much rain and the company
of members and guests in good
hearth and spirits gave us a happy
time.
The minutes were approved.
1st reader Ellen Farquhar, read from in Rural N. Y.
an article published by the Department
of Agriculture which says there is no
danger that cucumbers squahes cantoloupes
pumpkins and watermelons will
mix if planted near together; if they
did mix it would not be known till
the next years first appeared.
