There being no contribution to the chip
basket except a pair of stray scissors
which were claimed by their rightful
owner, we adjourned to meet at Wm S

23rd Meeting-

In consequence of afflictions
in W^m. S. Bond's family this
meeting was at Walter H. Brooke's
July 13^th . Most of lady members
present still a scarcity of husbands
on hand. A good many
guests among whom were Mrs.
Parson's a sister of our hostess
and also Mr. and Mrs. Wadsworth, none
of whom we have before had
the pleasure of meeting.
