A good day. Ben and Josie and Edna and Franklin went with Mrs Carr home. Fletcher Carr come to see his people to day.

Henry and I went to Marvins. Kate Harvey come there. We all eat dinner with Carrie. She had a nice dinner had cake and custard the first that I have seen this fall.

We are all reasonably well for which I want to feel thankful. There is so much sickness and sorrow in the country.

I never saw the like before and I am getting olde.
