A clear colde windy day. Ben cut some in the woods. I got dinner. Josie sewed on her quilt. This evening she went to Marvins a while. Come home and fed the chickens and calves. Brought water. I staid by the fire all the time that I could. I am hookin a mat don't know yet a bout finishin it.

Henry is still improving hope he will soon be well.

A clear and very colde morning. Some what cloudy tonight. Ben cut in the woods in the morning.

He went to Strait Stone this evening. Josie went with him. They went on the waggon and carried some chickens. Marvin Smith went to see Charles. Said he was feeling some better than he had bin. I do wish that the weather would get good so that I could get out some.

Josie made the fire in the stove this morning. I got breakfast. Josie got dinner.

A clear colde day.

Ben and Owen cut until twelve then helped Marvin Smith shuck corn all the evenin.

Josie did a big washin this morning. I got dinner and staid with the children.

Miss Willie Wooding come a while this evenin.

Marvin solde his red cow to day. Fifty three years a go to day I was married.

A clear colde day. It snowed a little this morning. Ben and Owen cut wood in the woods to day. Josie ironed some this morning. Josie got dinner. I ironed for while. She got it and after dinner I finished ironing.

Josie and Edna went up to Mr Owens this evenin then Josie went to Marvins a while and to night Ben and Josie went to Mr Edmons and have not come home yet.

Franklin staid a wake until half after ten. It is now eleven.

A clear day. Ben went to see Charles this morning. He is very feeble.

Ben and Owen cut in the woods this evening. Josie staid at home all day. Miss Mayhan and Virginia Harvey come down here a while this evening. I went to Reynolds and staid all day.

They had killed hogs at Reynolds yesterday. Mollie gave me a mess of meat. They were all well up there. Ben has gone to Strait Stone to the lodge to night. All of our folks has gone to bed and I will go soon.
