Ordered that the matter of the laborers on Madison Street grade be referred to the City Attorney with power to act. Adopted. From Same Committee granting petition of Alfred Snyder for crossing on 7th Street north side of Seneca Street. Adopted. From same Committee granting petition of F E Sander and others for opening and planking alley in Block 10 Maynard's Plat provided the expense for doing said planking be borne by the property owners on said alley, Adopted.
