13 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE May 19 1886 which being read is adopted by the following vote: in favor of the adoption thereof Councilman J Furth, G W Hall, W A Harrington, J J Post and G W Young. against T W Lake On motion the Council does now adjourn H L Yesler mayor Attest W R Forrest clerk by E Shepard deputy ay 21 1886 Be it remembered that on this the 21st of May the Common Council of the City of Seattle meets in its Council Chamber pursuant to law. The following officers being present to wit: His Honor the Mayor H L Yesler and Councilmen R H Calligan, J Furth, G W Hall, W A Harrington, T W Lake, J J Post and G W Young. Thereupon the following proceedings are had: Record of proceedings of previous regular and special meetings read and approved. Petition of B Mulrine for renumeration for wound received Feb 8th read and on motion rejected Petition of J Christ for permission to locate his Cigar & Fruit stand at corner of Front & Columbia Streets, granted Assignment to J H McGraw of certain claim of J W George & I N Bigelow read and on motion Clerk instructed to return said assignment to J H McGraw Petition of G L Manning for fire plug at North East corner of
