Ordered that the Attorney be & is hereby insructed to submit an Ordinance to fix the Salary of the Fire Warden at $150. a year. Miscellaneous Ordered that the Treasurer be & is hereby requested to pay all warrants in favor of Street Laborers out of any monies not other wise appropriated. Thereupon the folowing proceedings are had: Ordered that the call of the regular order of business be suspended with and the Council proceed to the Considerataion of C B No 57 to amend the Charter of the City ; thereupon the Council proceeds with the consideration of said bill; thereupon after amending the said bill save & except Section 37 which said section the Council upon a tie vote fail to agree upon the apportionment of the Councilmen from the First & Second Wards. It is ordered that the Mayor be & is hereby instructed to deliver said bill as amended to the members of the Legislature from this County. Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned.
