433 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Feb. 13/84 Be it remembered that on this the 13th day of February 1884 the Common Council of the City of Seattle meets in its Council Chamber pursuant to adjournment. The following Officers are present, towit: His Honor the Mayor H. G. Struve and Councilmen B. F. Day, Geo. W. Harris, Chas McDonald, B. L. Northrup, Otto Ranke & U. M. Rasin. Thereupon the following proceedings are had: And now the Committee on Sewers report an Ordinance entitled "To provide for the construction of a Sewer in a portion of Mill Street," thereupon the Council proceeds to consider said Ordinance, after due consideration said Ordinance is adopted upon the following vote, towit: In favor of adoption Day, Harris, McDonald, Northrup, Ranke & Rasin. Against adoption none. Ordered that a Warrant be drawn on the City Fund for Andrew Castro in the sum of $10.00 being the amount deposited by Andrew Castro for rent of fish stand. Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned until Thursday evening Feb. 14, 1884 at 7-1/2 o'clock P. M. Attest: E S. Osborn clerk approved H. G. Struve Mayor
