Pursuant to a notice to that effect issued by the Secretary the Trustees of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn met at the home of George Bond Esq. on
Messrs Bigelow, Bond, B.R. Curtis, Gould Parker & Reed appeared & signified their acceptance of the office of Trustee.

Trustees.
The Trustees of the Proprietors of the Cemy. of Mount Auburn met, pursuant to notice from the Secretary at the Porters Lodge in the Cemy. on . Present Messrs Bigelow, Bond, Brimmer, C. P Curtis, B. R. Curtis, Gould, Read & Story.
Premium
Voted. That Dr. Bigelow be authorized to offer a premium of Fifty Dollars for the best design of a monument.
Trees not to be exposed
Voted. That the Superintendent & the Surveyor of the Cemy. be instructed not to lay out any Lot in such a situation that the digging of graves & the erecting of a Tomb thereon would be injurious to any valuable tree _
Voted. To adjourn to the Treasurers office at .
The Trustees met pursuant to the above mentioned adjournment.
Irregular Lots.
Voted. That the Commee on Lots be authorized to sell such irregular peices of ground as cannot be laid out in Lots of 300 feet & as it may not be expendient to reserve for public monuments, at their discretion provided however that the charge per foot shall not be less than 26 2/3 cents & the sum of 20 dollars for the right of selection.

Voted. That the Treasurer be authorized to make such arrangements in regard to the removal of bodies from the Receiving Tomb as he shall think best.

Voted. That the Trustees do not feel at liberty to comply with the request of the Revd Mr Stearns of Cambridge Port to give a Lot in the Cemy. for the purpose by him designated
Proprs of small lots.
Voted. That the Pros. of Lots of less than three hundred feet in the Cemetery may have the privilege of admission to the Cemetery on the same terms as other proprietors.
Trees.
Voted. That Messrs Gould & Brimmer be a comee to enquire & report whether any trees have been improperly removed from the Cemetery by any person.

Pursuant to notice issued by the Secretary the Trustees of the Pros. of the Cemy. of Mount Auburn met at the house of Mr Bond on Present Messrs Bigelow, Bond, C.P. Curtis, B. R. Curtis, Gould, Parker & Reed. Dr. Bigelow was chosen President Pro teme.
The Treasurer laid before the Board his report which is as follows. the Treasurer begs leave to report, with a trial balance of his books, the following synopsis of Receipts & Payments for the seventh year ending

Mount Auburn Cemetery. _ The annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held on at the Room of the Horticultural Society in Boston to make choice of a board of Trustees to act on the report of the Treasurer, and to transact any other business which may legally come before the said meeting.
