— I have this day examined the accounts of Geo Bond as Treasr to the Garden Cemetery Com. of Mt Auburn & of the Proprietors of the Cemetery at Mt Auburn from to & find the same properly vouched Least & that there remains in his hands the sum of Twelve hundred ten dollars 74/100 & gave duplicate certificates— assuming that the amounts recd by him for Sales &etc are accurately Stated.

This certifies that I have examined the Treasury accounts of which the preceding is an abstract from 1 Jan. to 31 Dec. 1836, that the payments made are well vouched, that the additions of both sides of the account are correct, that the balance in his hands is Eight hundred & seventy dollars 20/100 & that he exhibited to me the certificates of the following stocks standing in the name of the Corporation. to [wit?] 12 sh. NE Bank 15 Sh Hamilton Bank & 25 Sh Warner Bank.

Messrs Bigelow Bangs & Gould were appointed to constitute said Committee. They report in favor of such extension

That the same committee consider the ex pediency of constructing a well with a pump on Spruce Avenue near where Yarrow Path intersects it. They report that the Corporation will subscribe $25 if lot owners will subscribe the rest of the requested sum for the purpose
