Young Davis and did serve a true copy upon Mark Croxall guardian of Mary Eliza Croxall and Willard Croxall minors and left with him a true copy of said citation for Mary Eliza Croxall and Willard Croxall - all of the forgoing named persons being served as aforesaid on the 1st day of November A.D. 1879 in Salt Lake City Salt Lake Co.

That on the 3rd day of November A.D. 1879 in Salt Lake City Salt Lake County - I served the within citation by leaving a true copy thereof with Mary J. Young - Elizabeth Y. Brown Marinda H. Y. Conrad- Ella E. Y. Empey- Hiram J. Young and Hiram S. Young guardian of Alonzo Young and Adella Elvira Young Jos. Don Carlos Young Emily D.P. Young Miriam Young Hardy Hiram B. Clawson. Guardian of Leo H. Clawson Walter Clawson and Selden Clawson - John Willard Clawson Augusta Adams Young and left a true copy thereof at the issued place of residence with person over fourteen years of age of the following persons to wit: Catherine A. Young Amelia Young Jos A. Young Briant S. Young minor heirs of Jos A. Young decd - Vilate Y. Decker Elizabeth Y. Ellsworth Adella Elvira Young Dora Young -

Alonzo Young and Addella E Young minors, appeared by their General Guardian Hiram S. Young, and the said Hiram S. Young is hereby appointed the Attorney and Special Guardian of said last named minors on this hearing. Mary Eliza Croxall and Willard Croxall minors appeared by Mark Croxall their General Guardian and the said Mark Croxall is also appointed their Attorney and Special Guardian on this hearing. Phineas Howe Young a minor appeared by Harrick B. Young General Guardian, and Wm. A. Rossiter is also appointed Attorney & Special Guardian for this hearing, for said minor; Fanny Van Cott Young a minor appeared by her General Guardian Mary Van Cott Young, and Wm. A. Rossiter is also appointed Attorney and Special Guardian for said minor on this hearing. And it is further ordered that Dick Bockholt Esq, be and he is hereby appointed Attorney, to appear for and represent on this hearing, all absentees and persons not personally
