Against the same none. And now Councilman W G Latimer tenders his resignation as a member of the Common Concil from the Third Ward; thereupon said resignation is accepted. And not the Council proceeds to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of W G Latimer as a Councilman from the 3rd Ward. Whereupon an election is held and T W Lake receiving all the votes of the Councilmen present, is duly declared elected to the office of a member of the Common Council of the City of Seattle from the Third Ward to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation as aforesaid of W G Latimer. And now CouncilmanAlfred Snyder tenders his resignation as a member of the Common COuncil from the First Ward. Ordered laid on the table. Ordered that the Council stand now adjourned. Thereupon the following proceedings are had: Ordered that the resignation of W V Rinehart as councilman for the First Ward be taken from the table & considered
