Dear Sir: Under the final order of the Court confirming the sale of Montauk, each part owner is to execute a deed to Arthur W. Benson the penchaser. In accordance with that order I herewith send you the form of deed to be executed by yourself and your wife.

Under the judgement order of the Court, the wife is to execute a re lease of dower to the husband. I also send the form of Relead of Dower to be executed by your wife.

I send, also, Receipt to be signed by you.

Please execute the papers as

above stated, before a Notary Public, and return to me and I will send you check for the amount of your Dividend,
