Supreme Court Suffolk County Jonathan E. Payne This action having been brought on to be heard on the pleadings in this action, the report of David H Huntting, David Tallmage and George J. Miller commissioners appointed by and under an order of this court to make partition of the lands and premises mentioned and described in this action (excepting an interest in two thirds of one eighth of one share of the lands of the Montauk) among the several parties plaintiff and defendants in this action according to their several rights and interests therein: and also in the report of Clark E. Royce Esq.
