belong - nor no Judge of the Inferior Court shall practice in the
Superior Court.

5. Be it further enacted, that no person who has been guilty
of Perjury, Bribery, Corruption or other infamous crime, shall be
admitted as a practitioner in any of the Courts of this Territory.
