COMMUNIST TACTICS HAVE NOT CHANGED

Lest anyone be lured into thinking that over the world commuist movement has shifted its strategy and tactics over the decades, reprinted herewith are excerpts from the "Communist Rules for Revolution," a document that was captured by the allied forces in Dusseldorf in May 1919. It might explain some of today's happenings.

"A. Corrupt the young, get them away from religion. Get them interested in sex. Make them superficial, destroy their ruggedness.

B. Get in control of all means of publicity and thereby:

1. Get people's minds off their government by focusing their attention on athletics, sexy books and plays, and other trivialities.

2. Divide the people into hostile groups by constantly harping on controversial matters of no importance.

3. Destroy people's fath in their natural leaders by holding the latter up to contempt, ridicule, and obloguy.

4. Always preach true democracy but seize power as fast and as ruthlessley as possible.

5. By encouraging government extravagance, destroy its credit, produce fear of inflation with rising prices and general discontent.

6. Foment unnecessary strinkes in vital industries, encourage civil disorders, and foster a lenient and soft attitude on the part of government towards such disorders.

7. By specious argument cause the breakdown of old moral virtues: honesty, sobriety, continence, faith in the pledged word, ruggedness.

C. Cause the registration of all firearms on some pretext, with the view to confiscation of them and leaving the population helpless."

For those who would believe that Soviet Union is mellowing and becoming more Capitalistic, read the following quote from J. Edgar Hoover.

"Of course, the Communists have not deserted their usual front activities. They continue to operate organizations which promote programs relating to peace, disarmament, nuclear testing, youth, racial and nationality groups, labor unions, and other matters. Likewise, party members have intensified their efforts to infiltrate various legitimate organizations. They are especially anxious to control, influence, or undermine the affairs of labor unions; peace movements; and minority, youth, veterans', women's, cultural, educational, civil rights, and similar groups . "

We must be very careful of the people and groups we sponsor Mr. Hoover adds, "That the leading proponents of the "New Left" in the U.S. are Marxist, Leninist revolutionaries dedicated to violent destruction of our society and principles of free government. The Soviet and Satellite, Counties continue their gather campaign against the U.S. Castro's Cuba has never been more brazen in Anti U.S. activities."
