Be it Resolved,

We, Your Committee, on Finance, after carefully considering the
matter would recommend that A.G. Rintleman
be awarded Certificates for improvements on
Main Street - just as other property owners
are, and that the action of Council heretofore taken in
this matter be rescinded.
