An ordinance granting to L.T. Knight and W.H. Peckham and
their associates, and their successors and assigns the right of way
for a street railway over and upon certain streets in the City of
Fort Worth.

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fort
Worth: --

Section 1. That in consideration that L.T Knight and
W.H. Peckham, for themselves and for their associates, successors
and assigns, have in writing agreed to the covenants, terms and con-
ditions in this ordinance expressed and set forth, the right of way
for a single track line of street railway to be operated by elec-
tricity or cable power, is hereby granted to the said Kinght and
Peckham and their associates, successors and assigns over and upon
the following streets and parts of streets in the City limits of
the City of Fort Worth, County of Tarrant, State of Texas, as fol-
lows, to wit:-

Beginning at the intersection of Main and Fourth Streets;
thence East on Fourth Street to the intersection of Grove Street,
Thence North on Grove Street to Third Street; thence East on Third
Street to Harding Street; thence South to Fourth Street to a point
on said Fourth Street between Hays and Live Oak Streets; Thence
Easterly to within the intersections of the extension of
Live Oak Street with the eighty foot street in Mrs. Masons Addition
to the City of Fort Worth; Thence along the eighty foot street to
the east line of Mrs Masons Addition; Thence easterly crossing
Trinity Avenue in Granger's Third Addition, about 600 geet South
of the intersection of East First Street to the bank of the Trinity
River; Thence Easterly to a point in the East boundary of the City
of Fort Worth, 732 feet South from the Northeast corner thereof.
