Fort Worth, Texas.

Gentlemen:-

In suit No. 17048, in the 17th Judicial District, in Tarrant County
Texas, by Isaac Cherry, plaintiff, against the City of Fort Worth, et al
for $1995.00 damages claimed to have been caused by the offensive con-
dition of the City Dumping Grounds, I have to report that the suit has
been dismissed at the plaintiff's cost.

The dismissal was voluntary on the plaintiff's part and was brought
about by the efforts of the Superintendent of the City Dumping Grounds,
Ike Cooper.

No action of the Council is necessary.
