and the City Council,

Fort Worth, Texas.

Gentlemen:-

In suit No. 17050, in the 17th Judicial District in Tarrant County,
Texas, by Johnny Cherry against the City of Fort Worth, et al., for
$1998.00 claimed as damages caused by the unwholesome condition of the
City Dumping Grounds, I have to report that the suit has been dismissed
at plaintiff's costs.

The dismissal was voluntary on the part of the plaintiff and was
brought about by the Superintendent of the City Dumping Grounds, Ike
Cooper.

No action on the part of the City Council is necessary.
