Sept 20 1901.

Hon Mayor & City Council.

Gentlemen.

Your petitioner would respectfully state that in the year 1886 on 1887 he purchased and paid for lot No 11 block No 6 in the new city cemetery. I am now desirous of selling said lot, but upon investigation find no deed was even issued to me for it. I would ask your honorable body to authorize a deed be made me, in order that title may pass to me, so I can transfer same.
