Gentlemen:-

I have the honor to state that I am
the owner of lots 11 & 12 Morris & Bass addition
to Fort Worth.

That in the year 1901 I leased said lots
which were vacant to Morris Gero Co he
building on some during that year,

That for the years 1902 to date the Tax assessor
has assessed the improvements with the lot, the taxes
having been paid by me, and the improvements
were rendered by the Morris Gro. Co & paid on by
him.

I therefore ask a refund as follows:-
1902 Val $400 - Tax 700
1903 " 800 " 14
1904 " 800 " 14
1905 " 800 " 14
Total $49 00
