published in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth once a
day for ten consecutive days in order that any person owning property
on said street in front of which by this order curbings is required
to be constructed who may be unwilling to construct the same or
pay his part of the cost of constructing said improvements in front
of any property owned by him or her may file or cause to be filed
his or her objection or portest thereto on or before the next
regular weekly meeting of this Board of Commissioners held after
the final publication of the order.

Provided that this order shall not be construed as to
exempt any property owner who may own any of the property excepted as
shown by said report of the Commissioner if it should be ascert-
ained that the curbs in front of said excepted property is not of
sufficient height-depth or durability as to constitute a curb necess-
ary for said street nor in keeping with the character of curb
called for by the same specifications herein referred to.

I hereby certify that the above order was presented and unanimously
passed by the Board of Commissioners of the city of Fort Worth at session
held September 3rd, 19o7.
