Gentlemen:-

We submit the following proposal for paving on
Weatherford and Belknap Sts. between Houston and Rusk Sts. and
on Rusk St. between Weatherford and Belknap St. as per
advertisement attached:-

Bitulithic Pavement as per Hemphill Sts.	$2.35 per sq. yd.
Specifications on file in City Secretary's Office [???]
Sept. 14th 1907 including [??]
your guarantee of [nineteen?]
Haul on excavated materials in	.01 per 100 ft. One Cent
excess of 200 lin. ft.
Extra Excavation in excess of grading	.40 per cu. yd. Forty Cents
necessary for depth of paving

This proposal contemplates that the street sustain
a first class improvement and payment for
improvement shall be provided for in contract.
