PROPOSALS FOR PAVING. ––
Sealed proposals will be received at
the office of the city engineer, city
hall, Fort Worth, Texas, until 12
o'clock noon, Aug. 26, 1907, for the
construction of about 9,800 square
yards of brick, brick block and bituli-
thic pavement on Weatherford and
Belknap streets, between Houston and
Rusk and on Rusk street between
Weatherford and Belknap streets, ly-
ing on north, east and south sides of
court house. Specification on file in
the office of the city engineer. A certi-
fied check for $500 payable to city
auditor must accompany each bid.
Evidence must be furnished of ability
of contractor to begin and complete
the work within a reasonable time. E.
