Gentlemen:--In response to your requests for proposals on

hereby agree to furnish all the materials, tools, implements, appar-
atus and labor, necessary to construct and complete the work in ac-
cordance with the office of the city engineer (copy of which is hereto attach-
ed and made part hereof), and with details shown on the plans, similarly
on file, at the following unit price, to-wit:

purpose and to complete the work in a manner and on the conditions
mentioned, described and set forth in this proposal and said notice,
form of contract, and specifications.
