TO THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH:

We, the undersigned citizens and tax payers of the
Seventh ward and White street, respectfully petition your
Honorable body, and ask that you investigate the condition of the
above named street, with a view of opening same at and across
Evans avenue. The present condition of White street at the
intersection of Evans avenue is such that it is almost impossible
for the citizens of that section of the Seventh ward.

We trust your Honorable body will have this matter investigated
with a view to opening same:
