side tracks; and calling upon the Citizens Railway and Light Co.,
to construct said pavement between its tracks in so far as it has
tracks upon the said portion of said street or any of them for
a space of 18 inches on the outside of its tracks and that the
said order be published for ten days as required by Ordinance
No. 28 of the City of Fort Worth, etc.
