the following tract in Panola County, Texas:

Abstract No. 1055, covering part of the Ferdinand Booker
Survey, Certificate No. 2087, 8 acres in Panola County, Texas.
(File Rusk Bounty 93).

According to the original field notes on file in this office and
the Rusk-Panola county line designation, this survey has
approximately 72 acres in Rusk County Abstract No. 148, and
approximately 8 acres in Panola County for which, until now, no
abstract number had ever been issued.
