This letter is to inform you that the correct acreage under
Abstract No. 148, covering part of the Ferdinand C. Booker Survey,
Certificate No. 2087, Rusk County, Texas is 72 acres. (File Rusk
Bounty 93).

According to the original field notes on file in this office and
the Rusk-Panola county line designation, the Ferdinand C. Booker
Survey has approximately 72 acres in Rusk County Abstract No. 148,
and approximately 8 acres in Panola County, which is now carried
under the newly issued Panola County Abstract No. 1055.

This information will be carried in Abstract Supplement "J", when
published.
