Dear Mrs. Grandy:
On December 4 you signed a contract to purchase a two and one-half acre oil and gas lease on the Cholame Anticline in Section 8, Township 25 South, Range 15 East, and agreed to pay $10 per month.
The payments on this contract are very badly in arrears, and as much as we regret to do so, we are forced to cancel your interest. This is your official notification that this contract has been canceled in accordance with the printed terms of the contract, a copy of which you have.
Should you desire to have a two and one-half acre oil and gas lease, it will be necessary for you to call at this office and sign a new contract.
