April 8th 1867 warrant issued to John Jennings const on the oath of John Pletcher [former of Aleppo township] Charging the defendant Daniel Ulum [of the same place former] with having on the sixth day of April 1867 committed an assault upon this affirment and threatened to beat his brains out with a club & behaved himself in such a manner that said John Pletcher is afraid that defendant will do him harm in person & Estate so much so that he is afraid of his life being taken.
