Case says you are intitled to the Value of the Copper taken out
then worth about 6/. Old Tenor New Stills are to be bought now
at 19/. Old Tenor [per]tt & worms at 10/. for the Cash Mr. Gay remem-
bers his making the small worms for Mr. Foster but can't recollect
any Thing of the Condition of the Still am Sorry I can't given you
a [^more] particular Acc[ountt] of the Matter I wish you a prosperous Voyage
& am with mine & Mr. Lloyd's Complements to you & your good

at Halifax went Yesterday Morning by Capt Attwood as soon
as Mr. Joshua Clark furnishes me with an Invoice of the 2/Hhds
Tobacco the am[ount] will be remitted you being Shipt at a distance
from the Place of his abode prevented its coming with the
Tobacco Mr. Livius's Baggage [per] Capt Smith came safe to hand
& is on board a Schooner which sails this Afternoon for Pascatiqua
