At a special Court of General Sessions of the Peace begun and held at
Worcester within and for the County of Worcester on the fifteenth day of
August AD 1776.

It is considered by the said Court that Thaddeus Maccarty of Fitchburgh in the
County of Worcester Physician be permitted to erect and (Small pox) Hospital in,
the town of said Fitchburgh Subject to the orders and regulations of
said Court.
