it is recommended that a third person
a member be called in to attend.
12thly No censure shall be passed upon any
member but by consent of two thirds of
the whole society. The occasion of censure
and the proceedings thereon shall be
circumstantially recorded.
13th It is not the design of this institution
to molest or disturb any who at present
practise within the limits of this society
and are not members thereof: they may
be consulted with and shall be treated
with complaisance: unless by their en-
deavouring to cast contempt upon the
society or its members or by ungentleman
like conduct they shall render them-
selves unworthy such attention.
