Palsy says Dr F does not come on slowly when from the application of lead the first symptoms he had that took place was costioness & gripings which continued three days in which time he was siezed in his Wrists. Stimulants says Dr F are to be used rol. Alkal is most proper. Oil mixed with his purgatives are proper when the bowels are much affected. Rx Vol. Liniment

July 1st ... ... He has been pretty well till within this two days. Yesterday he was down in the squat & was taken suddenly with diziness in his head & a loss of sight but after geting in bed went off he now complains of great weakness and sorness he is ordered toleave off the use of his stimulating medicines till this is removed Rx Bol.
