In working hard to load a cart put himself into & violent sweat without puting on his cloaths after & lay exposed to the air in consequence of which was siezed with Rheumatism, he has been bleed & stimulants given him at that time which perhaps has prevented him from getting well, if the disease had been left to nature perhaps he would have been well by this time. There in something singular in the pulse which is very irregular without much disordering the functions of the body- he sleeps	Rx. Mist Febif.
