This is a very uncommon case in palsies generally come on slowly all we can do is to give stimulants Vol Alkal Vr Rx Vol Alkal gr xo pro dos. Rx Epsisas femur app. Rx Haust Olios hara Somni June 9th ... ... much the same the Blister [swell] ... June 10th ... ... he seems something better ... June 12th ... ... he can move his leg. his pulse is about 60 & his bowel at present are regular ...
